Death Wish

I bathed with spiders
under mournful elms
And pebbles questioned
the balls of my feet
The air singed,
rain drops dripped reproachfully
My own breath felt like cacophony
My body, an excess
Sometimes I wonder
what the last silence will sound like.

Nice. This somehow reminds me of the song 'Sorrow' by Pink Floyd. I don't really know why. Buy it does. And it's beautiful.

Cheers,
Manav
